Inegikan with Shrimps (ginisang buko with shrimps)

















INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Medium-Size Young Coconut Meat (Buko)
  • 1/4 kls. Shrimps
  • 1 Liter Coconut Water
  • 2 pcs. Tomatoes
  • 2 pcs. Onions
  • 2 pcs. Onion Leaves
  • 8 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 3 cups Moringa Leaves (Malunggay)
  • 2 stalk of Lemongrass
  • 8 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce 
  • 1 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Salt
  • Seasonings (ajinomoto, magic sarap, knorr cubes)

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat the pan and place the Cooking Oil
  2. Saute the Garlic, Onions, and Tomatoes
  3. Add the Shrimps mix well with other ingredients
  4. Add Young Coconut Meat and mix well with other ingredients for 2 mins.
  5. Add Lemongrass, Bell Pepper, Onion Leaves, Soy Sauce,Vinegar, Salt, and Seasoning 
  6. Pour the Coconut Water 'til boiling point
  7. Add Moringa Leaves for 30 seconds
  8. Serve hot. Good for 6-8 persons. Share and Enjoy!
