INGREDIENTS
- 5 Medium-Size Young Coconut Meat (Buko)
- 1/4 kls. Shrimps
- 1 Liter Coconut Water
- 2 pcs. Tomatoes
- 2 pcs. Onions
- 2 pcs. Onion Leaves
- 8 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 3 cups Moringa Leaves (Malunggay)
- 2 stalk of Lemongrass
- 8 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoons Salt
- Seasonings (ajinomoto, magic sarap, knorr cubes)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the pan and place the Cooking Oil
- Saute the Garlic, Onions, and Tomatoes
- Add the Shrimps mix well with other ingredients
- Add Young Coconut Meat and mix well with other ingredients for 2 mins.
- Add Lemongrass, Bell Pepper, Onion Leaves, Soy Sauce,Vinegar, Salt, and Seasoning
- Pour the Coconut Water 'til boiling point
- Add Moringa Leaves for 30 seconds
- Serve hot. Good for 6-8 persons. Share and Enjoy!
